Unit 5: Personality Crisis


This unit gives you an overview of some common personality types you might encounter working as a Professional Organiser. Five personality types are explored and character traits are discussed.

Learning outcomes:

  • explore different personality types leaving you better informed to consult with a range of people
  • raise awareness of common catch phrases and issues potential clients present with.
  • be informed and be prepared even if you have little consulting experience.

It was an interesting session, particularly that we know/are familiar with the personalities that we talked about. It was a good to know these challenging personality that we may meet in our PO career before we start working, to know what different kind of clients we may encounter.
